You have the customer. We take the hard work package.

For consultancies, systems integrators and platform vendors with an active customer engagement where integration, production hardening, evaluation or performance work is holding up delivery.

Work packages we take on

Each is delivered as a defined package with explicit acceptance and handover, so you can put it in front of your customer with confidence about what will arrive.

Integrations, MCP servers and SDKs

A connector, MCP interface or SDK your customer needs, built against a written contract with tests, rollback, documentation and a named maintenance owner.

Production hardening

State and recovery, tool permissions, human approvals, observability and cost controls around an AI workflow that must pass a launch or security review.

Evaluation

A representative evaluation suite for an AI system — task success, invalid actions, recovery, latency and cost — runnable in the customer’s CI and reported against acceptance thresholds.

Performance

Profiling and benchmarked optimisation of Python, Rust or mixed-language workloads where latency, memory or operating cost is blocking the customer.

Terms of engagement

How a partner engagement works

The arrangement is designed so that you stay in control of your customer and can rely on the work package arriving as described.

Scope
A defined work package with acceptance criteria, agreed before work starts.
Customer relationship
Stays yours. We work under your engagement and your customer’s security terms, and do not market to your customer.
Branding
White-label or co-delivered, as you prefer. We do not publish the work without your and your customer’s approval.
Commercials
Fixed fee per work package where the scope allows, otherwise quoted on time; agreed in writing before the customer is committed.
Handover
Source, tests, documentation and a walkthrough to whoever will own the result — you, your customer or both.

A good fit

  • There is an active or imminent customer engagement with a deadline.
  • The missing piece is specialist engineering rather than general capacity.
  • The work can be described as a package with acceptance criteria.
  • You want a partner who will tell you early if the plan will not work.

Not a good fit

  • A general collaboration or logo exchange with no named work.
  • Large volumes of staff augmentation at commodity rates.
  • Work that must be represented as a certification or partner status we do not hold.

Questions partners ask

Is this a reseller or referral programme?

No. It is subcontracted engineering for a specific customer engagement. There are no tiers, badges or referral fees — just defined work packages delivered against acceptance criteria.

Do you need a named customer before we talk?

A named opportunity makes the conversation useful, but you do not need to disclose the customer at first. Describe the work package and constraints, and we will confirm fit and capacity.

What if the work turns out to be larger than scoped?

We stop and agree a change with you in writing before doing more. Scope is never expanded silently, and you stay in control of what is put to your customer.

Can you work on our platform’s technology?

Often. Where a platform requires specific training or certification, we are happy to complete it. We describe any relationship only at the level the provider has actually awarded.

The underlying work is described in more depth on the production AI, agent controls, platform integrations and performance engineering pages.

Is a work package holding up delivery?

Describe the work, the constraints and the timing. No confidential customer detail is needed for the first conversation.
